Interested in signing-up your student in THINK Together?
Registration is easy!
Here are the simple steps:

1. Fill-out and sign Student Registration form
2. Provide signatures from Parent and Student on the last page of Parent-Student Handbook
3. If your student has permission to walk home alone after program, fill-out and sign Walk Home Alone form
4. If your student needs to leave at a specific time on specific dates, fill-out and sign Early Release form

ALL FORMS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED IN THE FRONT OFFICE.
MAKE SURE TO KEEP THE HANDBOOK BUT SUBMIT THE LAST PAGE WITH SIGNATURES BY THE PARENT/GUARDIAN AND THE STUDENT.
