A district nurse, health clerk, or office staff member is available on campus to assist with the illness or injury of a child.
Parents will be contacted to pick up their child if he/she needs to go home or see a physician.
Information and guidance are provided to staff, parents, and students when medical conditions affect academic and/or social growth.
Required Immunizations for Students in Transitional Kinder (TK) through Grade 12
California schools are required to check immunization records for all new student admissions at TK/Kindergarten through Grade 12 and all students advancing to Grade 7 before entry. Parents must show their child's Immunization Record as proof of immunization. If you have any questions, please contact Student and Family Support Services (SFSS) at (626) 652-4982.
